Founder and Chairman of the Art Renewal Center, Ross is the leading authority on William Bouguereau and co author of the recently published Catalogue Raisonné William Bouguereau: His Life and Works. Ross received his MA in art education from Columbia University. His speeches and essays are read by over 300,000 art professionals, educators, students and fans each year; and have become required reading in countless classrooms. Ross is also a well known collector of 19th century European painting and of Contemporary Realism as well. Chief Operating Officer for the Art Renewal Center and Chief Executive Officer for The Da Vinci Initiative, dedicated to introducing skill-based art education in public and private schools K-12, she was a Sotheby's intern and holds a BA in Art History from Drew University. As an art educator she is a contributing writer for Collection Magazine and Fine Art Connoisseur, and has been published frequently in other magazines and newspapers. She was the co-editor of the William Bouguereau Catalogue Raisonné and author of chapter 28 in the published second edition. She served on a panel focused on the future of representational art at The Realist Art Conference (TRAC) in 2014 and was the curator and chief organizer for the 2014/2015 International ARC Salon Live Exhibition. She is currently curating and organizing the 12th Annual ARC Salon Live Exhibition. She is an ARC Salon Judge, an Ani Academy Scholarship Judge for the past three years, and will be judging the South African Portrait Society Competition in March of 2017. She is also an expert on 19th century Academic French and English painting and is currently researching and writing the catalogue raisonné on Edmund Blair Leighton, for which she is accepted as the world authority, authenticating works by this artist for Sotheby's, Christie's, and Bonham's among others.

Iian Neill is an ARC founder and builder of both the original ARC website back in 1999 and its newly designed version to be unveiled in 2016. He holds a BA in Art History and English Literature from the University of Queensland, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in IT from the same institution, and has over eight years' experience as an ASP.NET consultant. He has given presentations on art history to the University of the Third Age and delivered a lecture at the Salisbury Art Studios on the subject of imitation and art. He is also the founder and developer of an innovative art history project called The Codex, which visualises the connections between artists, artworks, and historical events.

As editor for the overseas edition of Collection Magazine, Hongbin Zhang collaborates with world famous art institutions, and in China there is a strong interest in realist art. He has engaged in international art communication and exchange activities since 1991, has led Chinese artists to participate in the Florence Biennale (Italy), Manchester International Festival (UK) and Gent Contemporary Art Festival (Belgium), as well as others. He activity communicates and interviews world famous artists, collectors and curators, bringing first-hand art information to Chinese artists and readers.
